Step 1: Register your child for a trial with Chiswick Rugby. Instructions are here: New Parent and Child Membership

Step 2: You will receive a welcome email from the club with all the relevant information

Step 3: Give us a go, you have up to three trials (= training sessions) before you can decide if you want to sign up for the season

Step 4: Signing up

a/ Pay membership with Chiswick YOUTH – ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP 2026/27 - Chiswick Rugby shop

b/ Buy Kit: Chiswick Rugby Training Kit (Youth) - Chiswick Rugby shop

c/ Register with GMS (RFU’s system) – Note this is mandatory to play in any fixtures from U7 to U18.

Go to the RFU GMS login page and select Create New Account: RFU GMS - Rugby Football Union

1. Create an account using the parent or guardian’s details, not the child’s.
2. Once logged in, find Family and Friends on your dashboard and select Add.
3. Enter your child’s details. If GMS finds an existing record for your child, select that record rather than creating a duplicate.
4. Open your child’s profile and select Register to a Club or Player Registration.
5. Search for Chiswick RFC and select the club.
6. Complete the required information, check the consent boxes and select Save or Submit.
