• Minis: Tag – U5-U8, Contact U9 onwards, Girls and boys mixed to U12.
U7-U11 play friendly games against local teams and participate in Festivals.

• Juniors: U12-16 play friendly games, League Matches and participate in Tournaments.
Excitingly include our FIRST ever U12 Girls Team (previously mixed ages).

• Colts (U17-U18): play friendly games, League Matches and participate in Tournaments.

In place pitch-side EVERY Sunday morning across the 33-week season 9am-1pm. CPD, upskilling courses provided for Coaches, Volunteers and Parents.

We are proud to have Ben associated with Chiswick Rugby – let’s just say a vision is shared! Ben will run special sessions for our Juniors on a Thursday evening (once per month)

• Seniors Coaching for Juniors
Here we are fortunate to have Dave Samuel – former player and head coach of Ealing Academy (and more) – working with our coaching group to assist the pathway to Senior Rugby. Additionally, our Colts will have the opportunity to be selected to join the first 30-mins of Seniors Training on Thursday evenings.
