Chiswick Rugby

Our U16 team plays in the Herts & Middlesex Junior League in Division 3 for season 2025-26. We train on Sundays (11am-12.30pm) and on Thursdays (6pm-7pm)

We always welcome new players regardless of rugby experience at any time during the season!

The key elements of the Under 16s Rules of Play are:

Ball size 5
15 a side
Adult size pitch and rules except:
Match duration: 70 (35 mins per half)
Sin-Bin: 7 minutes
