We play in the Hertfordshire & Middlesex Junior League for season 2026-27. We train on Sundays (11am-12.30pm) and on Thursdays (6pm-7pm)

We always welcome new players regardless of rugby experience at any time during the season!

The key elements of the Under 13s Rules of Play are:

Team numbers: a maximum of 13-a-side
Maximum pitch size: 90 metres x 60 metres
Ball Size: 4
Maximum minutes each half: 25
6 players in a fully contested scrum (all players must be confident and competent)
No limit on numbers contesting for the ball including in the maul and ruck
Sin Bin: 5 minutes
