Our U14s play in the Hertfordshire & Middlesex Junior League for season 2026-27. We train on Sundays (11am-12.30pm) and on Thursdays (6pm-7pm)

We always welcome new players regardless of rugby experience at any time during the season!

The key elements of the Under 14s Rules of Play are:

Ball size 4
15 a side (Introduction of the flanker positions)
Pitch size: max 100m x 70m (full size pitch)
Match duration: 50 (25mins per half)
Uncontested line-outs (no lifting)
Number 8 can pick up from the scrum
Box-kicks allowed
Drop-goals allowed
Conversions
Sin-Bin: 5 minutes
