SAQ Workshop 2006
Sunday 16th July 9:00am - 12:00 noon
SAQ International work with the RFU, and elite rugby teams to instruct and develop Speed, Agility, Quickness techniques. The adoption of these techniques were a key component in the success of the England team in the 2003 World Cup, the realisation of these techniques can be seen in the footwark of the likes of Jason Robinson and Josh Lewsey.
The three hour workshop will be presented by RFU qualified tutors, and will specialise in rugby. We will be building the speed and running technique components of pre-season on these lessons, and continue to develop them throughout the season. Speed of thought and movement are relevant right across the rugby team, from flying winger finding space, to number eight break from a scrum, to lineout supporter stepping across a lineout.
The cost is £35 per person.
